Food & wellbeing
Food is part of belonging and learning.
Our on-site chef prepares food from scratch. Mealtimes offer more than nourishment: they are opportunities to share conversation, practise independence and experience the pleasure of eating together.
We ask families to share relevant dietary information with the team so we can discuss how to support each child safely. Specific menus and allergen arrangements are provided directly by the nursery.
Care that considers the whole child.
We pay attention to children’s comfort, health, rest, movement and emotional wellbeing throughout the day. Familiar routines help us understand what each child needs.
Learning reaches beyond the classroom.
Outdoor play and local experiences invite children to notice, move, wonder and connect what they see with the wider world.

Fresh air, seasonal changes and time outdoors offer rich opportunities for movement, conversation, observation and imaginative play. We also value appropriate experiences in our local community.
Details of outings and the arrangements for each visit are shared with families in advance.
